CANCELATION, NO SHOW AND LATE POLICY
Couldn’t make it? Changed your mind? We got it! Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. For first time cancelations, no fee applies. After that, same day cancelations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. If you just don’t call us or do not show up for your confirmed appointment, 80% of the scheduled service price will be charged, and we will record the treatment as received in the treatment schedule. If you scheduled a free service or free consultation, a $25 fee will apply in case of less than 24h cancelation or no show. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your first scheduled appointment time in order to complete your registration and assessment.
We highly appreciate notice also if you are running late. Our tolerance is 10 minutes, after that, we will make every effort to extend your treatment time, if available, to accommodate for the time missed, in case we do not dispose of that time, we will reschedule your appointment accordingly to our availability. After the third recurrent late arrival, 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
That way, we can we set aside enough time to always provide you with the highest quality of service and ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or in the event that there is an allergic reaction to the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt for a full refund if you purchased the product after consulting with one of our skin care specialists.
All spa service sales are final. If there is any reason as to why you cannot or do not want to utilize the Medical Spa service that you purchased, we will allow you to use your remaining balance towards other services of equal value. The only time that we will provide a refund for your purchase of a Medical Spa service, is if your complaint is accompanied by a practicing physician's note explaining your medically-inclined inability to utilize the service within 6 months of the purchase date of said service, at which point we will present you with a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.
