CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. For this reason, we request that you give us at least 24h notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24h will incur a fee of 30% of the reserved services. For services purchased in a package, the treatment will be recorded as received. If you scheduled a free service, a $30 fee will be charged for less than 24h cancellations and no shows. No shows will be recorded as treatment received and charged in full. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. That way, we set enough time to provide you the highest quality of service and ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients.
RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund with a valid receipt. All service sales are final. If for any reason you cannot or do not want to utilize the service you purchased, we will allow you to use your remaining balance as credit towards other services. Complaints accompanied by a practicing physician's note explaining your medically-inclined inability to utilize the service within 6 months of the purchase date of said service, will receive a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.
